KKE 401 : Automatic Drive Through Bus Wash Equipment

The structure is made of heavy rectangular and square tubular sections (as per IS 4923 ) which are painted with anti corrosive paint. The structure is stationary and the vehicles pass through it.

This is special spray arch, equipped with low discharge nozzles. The Pre Wash Arch sprays water initially over the vehicle to soak the hard mud stains, salt deposits, bird droppings, etc.

Soap system sprays soap and chemical formulation on to the car surface. Soap spraying assists the high pressure washing and enhances the cleaning value.

KKE 401 2B Bus Wash Model has two vertical brushes.

Wheel guides help to position the bus to be washed at correct place at the wash bay.

Under Chassis wash takes place when the vehicle is moving through the wash bay. The under chassis wash uses the same water pump, that for the main high pressure arch. It consists of network of special high impact nozzles, which remove dirt effectively from the bottom surface. The Under Chassis Wash System is controlled from the Operator?s Panel. It can set to two modes, they are:- Automatic and Manual.When the system is switched to Automatic Mode, the Under Chassis Wash system gets activated automatically as the vehicle enters and is deactivated as soon as the complete bus passes over it. The nozzles, fittings and pipes, all are made up of Stainless steel, which ensure prolonged service life.

The control system is housed in an Stainless Steel /Powder Coated Box. The equipment is controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. The photo-sensors detect the presence of the vehicle and PLC starts the washing program accordingly. The equipment can work in two modes AUTOMATIC / MANUAL . In unattended mode, as soon as the system detects the vehicle the wash program starts immediately. The pumps, brushes switch ON automatically and when the vehicle leaves the wash bay, the pumps switch OFF automatically.

In Manual mode , the operator can switch ON each pump , operate brushes individually. The manual mode is also very useful for fault diagnosing or routine checking of the equipment.
