The Truck Wash Equipment KKE 503 is fully automatic and operated by one operator. KKE 503 moves on ground mounted rails. The vehicle is driven in position and remains stationary and gantry moves over the vehicle and executes all operations. The basic cycle contains three step washing sequence. The first pass is high pressure Pre-wash which has wetting chemicals to wet dirt on the vehicle surface. The second pass is soap application process by specially developed nozzles by KKE. The third pass is high pressure rinse, which removes all the dirt, off the truck surface. The horizontal water nozzle bank follows the contour of the vehicle. A High pressure Plunger pump assists the main washing arch for cleaning tyre and rocker panels.
