KKE 503 : Automatic High Pressure Truck Wash Equipment

Features

KKE 503 Car Wash Equipment : Standard Equipment Features

Parts of Equipment :

Trolley

TrolleyThe structure is manufactured with heavy tubular steel sections with modular design which is painted with water proof paint. The gantry travels on two rails on the wash bay, which is driven by two geared motors. The control of the Gantry is Automatic via the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or Manual using the Operator?s Panel. The Gantry carries various systems and it optically senses the vehicle and its dimensions and provides feedback to the PLC and operator?s Panel.

Pre Wash Arch

This is special spray arch, equipped with low discharge nozzles. The Pre Wash Arch sprays water initially over the vehicle to soak the hard mud stains, salt deposits, bird droppings, etc.

Chemical Spray System / Soap System

Soap system sprays soap and chemical formulation on to the car surface. Soap spraying assists the high pressure washing and enhances the cleaning value.

High Pressure Washing Arch

KKE 503 Truck Wash Model uses high pressure jets. These jets strike the truck surface at high pressure and remove the dirt. The jets reach to the corners and crevices and clean effectively, whatever may be the shape. This system is suitable for any truck, from Tankers to Trailer Trucks. The High Pressure Washing Arch is mounted on the gantry.

The nozzles and pipelines are all made of Stainless Steel.

Contour Following Nozzles

Contour Following NozzlesThe horizontal bank of nozzles, follows the contour of the car. The horizontal bank always maintains safe distance from the car surface. The water jets adjust their angle to face the car surface. All the pipes on the equipment are made of Stainless Steel grade 304.

Wheel Guides

Wheel guides help to position the cars to be washed at correct place at the wash bay, hence ensuring safety of the equipment as well as the car.

High Pressure Nozzles

The lower part of water spray arch consists of 4 high discharge nozzles on both sides which increases the level of cleaning in those unclean areas.

High Pressure Under Chassis Wash System

High Pressure Under Chassis Wash System Under Chasis wash takes place at the entry of the wash bay. The under chassis wash uses the same water pump, that for the main high pressure arch. It consists of network of special high impact nozzles, which remove dirt effectively from the bottom surface. The Under Chassis Wash System is controlled from the Operator?s Panel. It can set to two modes, they are :- Automatic and Manual. When the system is switched to Automatic Mode, the Under Chassis Wash system gets activated automatically as the vehicle enters and is deactivated as soon as the complete truck passes over it. The nozzles, fittings and pipes, all are made up of Stainless steel, which ensure prolonged service life. All the rotating parts use Solid State Teflon bearings, which can run in harshest environments and do not require any lubrication throughout their life.

Operators Panel

Operators PanelOperators Panel is easy to use and understand, user interface panel. You can select desired wash program through selector switch on operator panel. You get information about working cycle, while the equipment is washing the car by using different programs, selected by the operator. The operator?s panel is easy to use and understand for any person.

Computerized Control System and Intelli Wash Programs

KKE 300 series is computer controlled and gives you the versatility to accommodate smallest to the longest cars. It enables you to select wash program according to the level of dirtiness of the car, hence optimizing on everything; from electricity to time. The components used while manufacturing of control system, undergo a rugged quality control to ensure continuous and reliable service at your end. The control panel is made up of Stainless Steel / Powder Coated, to ensure long service life. The control offers travel speeds from 4m/min to 10 m/min
